Right the first time.
End-to-end integration with the Australian Immunisation Register: look up histories, record encounters, maintain contraindications and catch-up schedules.
Full history returned. Two actions for the GP.
A full immunisation history, returned in milliseconds.
Wrong vaccine code, wrong batch, wrong route, and AIR rejects the record. The booking desk finds out hours later, the patient won’t return for weeks.
Your PMS holds part of the patient’s history. AIR holds the rest. Without both, the next decision rests on incomplete data.
A vaccine recorded wrong today is wrong forever. The next clinic, the next overseas trip, the next pregnancy schedule, all built on the bad record.
Endpoint reference, request bodies, and response shapes live in the AIR documentation.
Childhood schedules, flu and COVID seasonal, travel-vaccine recommendations drawn from overseas history.
Flu, COVID, and travel vaccines recorded straight to AIR from the consult.
The full childhood schedule and pre-school catch-up assessments.
High-volume routine vaccinations and school-based programs.
Flu and pneumococcal seasonal campaigns, with the resident’s full history at hand.
Catch-up schedules across all ages, reconciled against overseas vaccination records.
You pick the volume of API calls you need. The features stay the same.
Each clinic location needs a Minor ID registered with Services Australia. We issue it; you submit a one-page HW027 form. Processing takes about 5 business days. Patient Verification and Eligibility Check need no Minor ID setup from you. Only Claiming and AIR do. Full Minor ID setup.
Yes. AIR records vaccinations for everyone in Australia, including newborns, immigrants, and student-visa holders. You can record encounters using an IHI, or via a new-individual confirmation when neither Medicare card nor IHI is available.
Yes. Update Encounter corrects details on a previously submitted vaccination, within AIR’s rules for what can be changed. Some fields lock after submission. We surface those clearly in the response.
Every call to an AIR endpoint counts as one request, whether a history lookup, a recorded encounter, a contraindication record, or a reference lookup. The full definition is in our Pricing Agreement.
Zero Data Persistence. We pass the request through to AIR, return the result to you, and never store or persist any patient information. Australian-hosted, APP-compliant by design.
Unlimited requests during the trial. The web app, the API, and the test environment.
