Cancel at any time.
It takes one email. From the moment you cancel, we charge you nothing further, and there is no exit fee. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.

Switch plans at any time.
Move up or down. The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and there are no additional fees.

No card for the trial.
For 14 days you have full access at no charge, and you do not need a credit card. If you do not cancel, your plan begins when the trial ends.

Your plan price is all you pay.
There are no other fees. Setup, support, training and all your requests are included.

Price drops reach you automatically.
When we lower a plan’s price, you move to the lower price at your next billing cycle. A price rise comes with 60 days’ notice by email.

A fault in your software will not cost you.
If a fault in your software sends more requests than you intended, tell us. We investigate with you and restore them.
All of these are written into the Pricing Agreement.
Pricing questions.
Is every feature in every plan?
Yes. Every plan includes every feature. The only difference between plans is the number of requests a month.
What counts as a request?
Each submission is one request: an eligibility check, a patient verification or an AIR lookup. Checking several MBS items for one patient at the same time is still one request.
Claiming is the exception: each MBS item on a claim counts as one request, so a claim with three items is three requests.
MBS lookups in the web app and submissions to the test environment never count. How a request is counted is section 3 of our Pricing Agreement.
What if we use all our requests before the month ends?
As soon as you have used all your requests, a new billing cycle begins. It is the same plan at the same price, and your access continues. The new cycle is invoiced on the day it begins.
If you use all your requests most months, a larger plan costs less for each request.
Can we switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Email us, and the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. There are no additional fees.
What is different about annual plans?
All 12 months of requests are available from the first day, to use at any pace across the year, and you save 10% on the monthly price. You can start on an annual plan, or move to one at any time, by email.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Your 14 days start the moment you sign up, and you do not need a credit card. You have the same access as a paid plan, with no limit on requests.
When the 14 days end, you move to Tier 1 and your first invoice arrives. You can switch plans or cancel at any time.
Can we cancel?
Yes. Email hello@rebateright.com.au. From the moment you cancel, we charge you nothing further, and there is no exit fee. Your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
What if none of the plans fits us?
We build one with you. Larger plans cost less for each request. Book a 30-minute call and tell us what you need and what your budget allows. We work on the plan together until you are happy with it.
Is GST included?
No. All prices on this page are in Australian dollars and exclude GST. Where GST applies, we add it to the invoice.
