28 new items, 12 deleted, 167 modified, the COVID-era mental-health telehealth items finally cleaned up. Effective 1 November 2025.
These video and phone attendance items, for GP mental-health treatment plan review, were introduced during the pandemic. The general telehealth framework now covers them, so they have been retired together.
Items removed: 277, 279, 2712, 2713, 92114, 92115, 92120, 92121, 92126, 92127, 92132, 92133. If you billed these, you'll need to map to the current telehealth attendance items.

The update added 28 items and deleted 12, and modified 167 items in total, including 165 reworded descriptions, 20 eligible-age changes and 18 referral-requirement changes. A notable clean-up retired 12 COVID-era mental-health telehealth items. The schedule reached 6,005 items.
